We currently have a bug that almost completely breaks the new quotes and invoices for us. Any time we are working on a quote, and receive a notification, the quote closes and does not save the progress. We have to save it constantly, which helps to prevent losing progress, but is not a great solution. Also, having the quote close constantly is a major hinderance in our quote building process. We have frequent notifications throughout the day, and tend to be working on quotes during busy times of day. So, when building a quote, sometimes it will close many times before we can get it finished. Then we have to open it again, wait for it to load, and try to hurry through the process of building it. It’s really kind of nerve-wracking building a quote and anticipating it closing at any moment >.<
What are you trying to achieve
We use Windows 11 on Microsoft Surface Pros. We have the newest model of the surface pros. I’m not sure if it is strictly a Windows 11 issue, or if it is relative to our devices, we don’t have a different device to test it on that is running Windows 11. We also use Google Chrome. We tried turning off desktop notifications and that did not fix it. All users have this issue currently, including the admin. Every time a user receives a notification, the quote will close automatically.
