The teams I work with are all in love with XLS. While Monday.com provides columns, I think the look and feel needs to be more like what people are used to working with in how it looks to remove the blocker of a different tool for increased adoption.
What are you trying to achieve
Increase team adoption by removing UI blocker to some technical people using PM tool for the first time as opposed to XLS.
