I have created a board where I will be surveying the same person at 12, 30, 60, and 90 days. There are 16 columns for each survey. It will be the same questions each time. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to track this.
Can you break the surveys up into groups based on days you will be surveying them? For example a group for 12 days, 30 days, 60 days and 90 days.
At each survey date (or prior) you can change the group that the answers will populate - if you’re using our workforms as the survey medium.
Could something like this work for you? Once all surveys have been completed (if you’re interesting in analysing this data) you can set up a dashboard view and utilise widgets to pull insights.
