Mass email using "mirrored email column"

Description

Some of our clients send mass emails from boards other than the main Contacts board. On those boards, the email address is not stored in a dedicated email column, but instead is pulled in via a mirror column from the Contacts board.

We would like the ability to send mass emails using email addresses stored in mirror columns, so users can run campaigns from other boards while still leveraging their primary contact data.

Instead of using a mirror column, you could use a regular column with our app Mirror Item Multiple Boards.

What You Can Do with Mirror Item -

If you are open to use marketplace apps, you can send mass emails to mirrored columns columns using SuperMail.

hi @ofuks001 ! You’re right that monday’s native mass email automations only work with email values stored directly in an Email column. Mirror columns aren’t recognized, even if the mirrored data comes from a validated Contacts board. At the moment, there is no built-in workaround for sending campaigns from other boards while reusing mirrored contact data.

If you need this ability today, one option is Email to Tasks for monday.com. It lets you pull email addresses from any column type, including mirror columns, and send emails to multiple recipients without relying on Monday’s native restrictions. This makes it possible to run email workflows or campaigns directly from secondary boards while still using your centralized contact database.
