I now have a database of nearly 16,000 contacts with emails, all are business accounts with companies in our sector (construction).
Monday CRM is linked to my work email account (Outlook via 365) and there have been a couple of occasions when my email address has ended up on the naughty list (sending too many emails at once) and our IT provider has to go in to the Admin settings on 365 to unblock it. Obviously this is not ideal! Our IT support suggested something like SMTP2Go, however there is no way to integrate this within Monday (the only two options are just linking a Gmail or Outlook account).
Is there something else I can use? I want to be able to use the internal Monday mass email feature on the app, therefore select the email recipients from a particular group, compose my email and send, all within Monday. Then, however it is sent from that point, for it to go via a service which allows mass emails and will not compromise my own email address in Outlook. It should be all accounts look like it came from my work email address and allow replies etc.
I should point out that each email recipient only receives an email from me around once every 3 months, as part of a marketing (B2B) campaign and I include an opt-out / unsubscribe option in every email sent, it is just occasionally I accidently hit Microsoft’s arbitrary limits!
