Master todo list dependant on status of items on other boards

Hi,

Couldn’t find an clear answer so I’m asking for help here!

I want to do a master to do list.

I want it to be populated with items on other boards whenever the item’s status is changed to ‘NEXT’ (status label that I created for that purpose) on the original board.

So everytime I change an item status to ‘NEXT’, this particular items is duplicated to the master todo list.
It is also synchronised so that when the item is done, I can change the status on the master todo list to ‘DONE’ and the item’s status is automaticaly changed to ‘DONE’ on the original board.
