Greetings good people of Monday, making our Mundane work a little easier and more effective. in order for you to keep up the good work, I’d suggest allowing a MERGE items feature in SERVICE module. Many a time we get the same thread of emails separated into different items by some mild change of the subject, may it be RE: turned to FW: or some other character being reformed or added.
It is confusing to have a lack of relevant emails in an expected log of an item, and it is cumbersome to handle many items as “duplicates” and canceling one item to resume in another, also losing much of the communications that went to the original item. Please provide a better usability of the tool, and keep being amazing!
