I want to add a column to a board and have it mirroring subitems from another board.

Have my own data base for my team members (on one board), then share certain subitems onto another board.

You can try the Mirror Item Multiple Boards app.
It allows you to mirror subitems from one board to subitems or even as an item to another board. It keep changes synced including column values, updates+replies and files too!

Hi @Bricruz, @Davidschenkler shared a great tip for connecting subitems to other subitems. This example shows how to link subitems within the same board, but the same steps work across different boards too - just remember to add the column at the subitem level on the other board as well.
