I have multiple columns that are mirrored from another board. I’m not sure what I did. The Company column is no longer clickable. You can see in the screenshot below that it was clickable. This is problematic as I’m running Make.com scenarios, and it isn’t able to grab the Linked Company Pulse ID. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
It happens when you have more then one item in the ‘connected’ column that it’s pulling from. You can’t ‘click’ it because it doesn’t know which of your contacts to update. You’ll need to click on the contact and update it from there instead.

Thank you, Desiree. I figured it out shortly after posting this. Now to figure out why it is adding multiple contacts when I only have one contact related to the item.
