The AI Column formula is missing where once it is linked to an existing column, it needs the ability to define the teams and hierarchy level before listing the SMEs.
Scenario:
The AI column would be link to a dropdown/picklist column that lists the various teams on that project. From there, the AI column would need to cross-reference the SME’s from each team (either manually defining it in the AI column formula or referencing the People column).
Recommended solution:
- Link the AI column to a “Teams” (picklist) column
- The system should display each of the teams from the picklist
- Define the SMEs from each team that’s listed in the picklist
