Missing import items after CRM update

Hi!

Anyone else experiencing issues on the new import wizard? I’m getting inconsistent imports which are:

  • total number of imported items are different. For 8k import, we mostly get 7900 or around that number.
  • missing items are not consistent. number of missing items are also inconsistent even using the same csv files
  • re-importing same items works just fine but hell to find when doing 8k imports like we are currently doing.

Is there a work around for importing? We have about 500k+ records that we’ve re-importing.

Maybe you imported with “merge duplicates” option and that’s why you see less items?
