We need, need, need (not want) the ability to set default views for our teams on the Mobile Apps! Please.

Completely relate to this request! On iOS the default view set on the desktop will also be used as default on the mobile. However on Android this functionality is not available yet and I’ve contacted support about it but they couldn’t share a timeline. 
Let’s hope it’s part of the revamping of view ordering that is being rolled out currently on desktop.
