I am thinking email-integration would be easier if Monday was an actual email-client, or had it built in. Register your account in the settings. New mails could be sent from a dedicated board (like my work board), and integrated to sales pipeline, person or whatever. This would make it so that when you answer an email in communihub, your inbox would be updated as well. I have made my own inbox in monday, but I still have to run a mail client on the side. Working in Monday and answering mails does not reflect in my email client, so I have to open that and mark the mails I have read in Monday as read in the emailclient as well.
