I manage project progress using monday.com.
I’m trying to back up all my boards by downloading them through the “Export account data” feature.
However, I’ve encountered some issues during the backup process and would like to ask if there are any possible solutions.

Numeric values in formula columns

The numeric values appear correctly within monday.com’s interface,
but when exporting through the “Export account data” function, the corresponding cells are blank. -
If I export the same board directly to Excel from within monday.com, the numeric values are exported correctly.

Word templates being downloaded as Excel files without body content

Some templates can only be exported as Word or PDF.

In these cases, the content of those templates is not included when exporting data via the “Export account data” feature.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance or clarification regarding these issues.
