Why doesn’t Monday.com have a RAID Log template ? It says it does on this article but that’s FALSE

As the template is ONLY For Risks i.e. A Risks Register.

Hi @APLUSMikeG , I see the gap here with the template you’ve highlighted as it only has risks and not the Actions, Issues & Decisions. I am a monday.com ambassador, and have access to fellow ambassadors. I’ll ask if/how this can be updated.

Whilst monday look into this, have you tried having a look at monday spaces?
These are workspace templates that power users have created, which often can be a little more detailed or in-depth as they are usually created by people who saw a need for it.
Once downloaded you can also usually tweak them to your own needs, for more specificity 
This should be standard.
This should be standard, we should not be expected to pay extra for basic PPM functionality.
We worked with Empyra to create one. Grab it, modify to Monday.com code. Make it part of the Project, Program, Portfolio std offering. This is standard issue in PPM tools.
Hi again @APLUSMikeG , I have found a fellow ambassador who has their own board with this need filled. We are going to collaborate and refine it so it can be shared as a template.
