Monday CRM Import Does Not Have Update/Map Function?

I’m trying to enrich my existing leads with additional data. However when I tried importing a CSV and mapping using email there is no such functionality in Monday CRM. This feature exists in Monday Work Management.

Exporting the board to a Spreadsheet and then re-import with overwrite after enriching the spreadsheet does not work since the board has more than 50 columns.

Can someone please give a suggestion on how I can accomplish this in Monday CRM?
