Pretty new to docs but seeing the benefit of it and keen to see what the scope is for the future. Currently I’m moving policies & procedures to docs and I’m in need of tables and version control functionality. Similar to auto numbering it’d be awesome if we could hit a button to update the version control.
A work-around would be to create a board and show version control in that board as a column, then show a widget in the doc, but then I don’t think you can see the board when you attempt to print? Although the idea is to be paperless, in the occasion that I’m needing to PDF something to send to a stakeholder I’d need to be able to show version control and status of the document, etc.
