Please add a link in the email ticket response that allows users to close their own ticket automatically, so they don’t have to wait for a team member to close it manually. Or perhaps a direct link to the portal to close?

What are you trying to achieve

I want end-users to be able to close their own tickets easily, without needing a team member to do it manually. Ideally, there should be a link in the emailed ticket response that lets them close the ticket automatically. Also could the portal be updated to allow a user to close a ticket at any point even if still waiting for a email response?

I also can’t see any way to close a ticket from the portal unless there has been a response—could you enable or surface an option there for users to close their tickets in that scenario?
