Monday to Salesforce

Has anyone used Monday to Salesforce integration to create a case in Salesforce?
I’m looking at using a Monday.com form to ingest credit requests, which I then want to use to create a case in SFDC with some of that information, which will then follow a approval workflow in salesforce. When approved, it will tell Monday.com to update the status to the next stage.

For integrating Monday.com with Salesforce to create and manage cases, we’ll use a Monday.com form to collect credit requests. These form submissions will trigger the creation of a new case in Salesforce with the relevant information. We will then design an approval workflow within Salesforce. Once a case is approved, Salesforce will communicate back to Monday.com to update the status to the next stage, ensuring seamless and automated tracking.

The integration can be managed with tools like Zapier or Make.com, which enable smooth data flow between Monday.com and Salesforce without extensive coding. We’ll set up triggers and actions that handle form submissions, case creation, approval status checks, and status updates.
