What’s worked for us is estimating savings based on time reduced on repetitive work (status updates, writing task summaries, drafting emails, creating action items, etc.). Even a conservative benchmark like 10–20 minutes saved per user per day adds up fast at 60 seats, and you can convert that directly into $ using your average fully loaded hourly rate.
