We recently switched from hubspot and our team is missing the functionality where they could press a button in outlook and log an email into the CRM.
The current options available in Monday are too limiting. We do not want to send all emails natively within Monday. Senior leadership does NOT want to automatically track all their inbound/outbound emails. And the BCC option is limiting in that we cannot specify which deal we want to log an email to (we may have multiple active deals with a single contact).
We were told the outlook integration was robust during the sales process but this seems like a big miss.
What are you trying to achieve
Make it more user friendly for us and other firms like us.
