I really hope i am posting this where it should be, if not i apologize.
The way my customer wants to use monday crm, is to have items (orders in his case), stored under different boards, and he must be able to move them from one board to an other freely while keeping all associated data.
mondaycrm will trigger a webhook when this happens and this will change stuff back in his backend. The same way, when order changes in the backend, a call to monday api is made, and the order item will be moved under a board corresponding to the new status.
The problem, is that i can’t find a way how to do this while keeping all the associated data intact, activities, emails, notes, files, etc, that are associated with an item being moved to an other board.
The support chat-bot sais its not possible to move an item between boards, unless you recreate that item to the new board. I tried this, but there is no way to keep dates on items and also recreating some associated things is not possible at all via api.
Could you advise me what to do about this, maybe i am doing this wrong?
Is ability to move items from one board to an other a planned feature?
