I would like to have a status that lists multiple steps of the development process (Guide, BoM, Training Video, Public Docs) and due date columns that are marked completed by the status in that 1 status column.
What are you trying to achieve
I want to set separate due dates for each step in the task process that is indicated in a single status column. This keeps all due dates for the phases of that individual task on a single row within a single group, no more having to move the task between groups with automations and due date movements.
This makes it much simpler for external partners to see and track as well as team members who use the platform in a limited manner, reduces barrier to entry and onboarding for clients jumping into development projects.
