It would be helpful to have a feature where multiple people are copied on a ticket request and all of them could view the ticket and contribute. This would create a true feeling of collaboration so that all parties would be in the loop of what is going on with a ticket and have the option to add to the conversation. An example would be where an inside sales person submits a ticket request for one f their customers and they wanted to copy the outside sales person so they were in the loop. This is a highly requested feature among my team.
Hi @mattzx11 , I assume this is referring to monday.com CRM, however I’ll share a workaround that we use in monday.com work management. For our set up, it’s a stanard work item board for requests, that we have a form submission entry point. On the form, we have a field to add ‘watchers’, where they add additional people. This then allows for notificaitons and automations to send to that people column. So all of our notifications are notify and then notify . I hope that may help.
