I first got Monday.com when I was a brand new company with only three employees. A year and a half later we have 22 employees 4 departments and each department manages 11 to 20 projects at a time That could involve a number of outside partners that need to collaborate.
we grew so fast that we couldn’t figure out how to keep monday.com on pace with us and now I’m confident we’re only scratching the surface on its capabilities.
i’m looking for a consulting company that can come in and rebuild all of our Monday boards based on our new processes. and ideally I’d like someone that can come do that in person. We are based in Indianapolis Indiana.
does anyone have any recommendations?
