Need to reflect insertion in one column in one board to same column in another board via automation

Hi, I have a column called Sponsor (column type-People) in one board, if I add a sponsor to it. The result i want is to have the same entry for Sponsor in existing column sponsor but in another board. Could any one guide with the Automation to be used.
