My projects pay in milestones, and my reports need to reflect the payments at the proper time. Currently, I show all the revenue on the date I am awarded the project. How do I do this?
What about having a column for each milestone date?

Totally doable in monday.com.
Instead of putting the full project revenue on the award date, track each milestone as its own item with its own Amount and Payment Date. Then your reports will reflect revenue when it’s actually due/paid.
A common setup is:
One board for Projects
One board for Milestones (each milestone = 1 item)
Connect Milestones back to the Project using Connect boards + Mirror if needed

That was my first thought. However, my project lead times from proposal to finish execution can be 18-30 months. I need the individual columns to “report” to a timeline of monthly revenue
