We have Jira and Monday.com synced. I really like the Timeline column as we use the Gantt chart and this is how we like to view our Epics Start and End dates.
Is there a way to use the Jira Target Start and End dates and sync them to the Timeline column in Monday.com?

Yes, but not directly.
The native Jira integration lets you map Jira date fields to monday.com Date columns, however it does not support syncing Jira Target Start and Target End directly into a Timeline column.
Workaround:
Map Jira Target Start and Target End to two Date columns in monday.com using the Jira integration recipe.
Create a custom automation that sets the Timeline column based on those two Date columns.
