New Feature! Track time directly from your Google / Outlook calendar in Tracket

:spiral_calendar: We’ve just released a Calendar Integration in Tracket, so you can now fill your timesheets directly from the calendars you are already using.

Connect your Google or Outlook / Microsoft 365 calendar to Tracket and your meetings and events will show up as draft time entries in the Tracket calendar view.

If you already plan your day in your calendar, you’re basically halfway to a complete timesheet, you just review, tweak where needed, and submit without guessing what you did during the week.

Calendar Integration is available now for all Tracket users, to get started go to your personal page in Tracket, and link your calendar.

@jaimy This is really cool. Is it just personal calendars in Outlook? Or do you support group calendars too? I’d love to see a video on how you select personal and/or group calendars in Microsoft 365/Outlook for use with Tracket.

@dvdsmpsn Good call! You’re able to add all calendars you’re subscribed or have access to (including shared calendars, group calendars etc.). I have a quick set-up guide here on our website. I’ll add it to the post.

A video might definitely be easier so Ill get on that!

As I use Google for my calendar(s) I don’t have a direct screenshot available, however connecting your Outlook calendar through your ‘personal Tracket page → Integrations → External Calendars’ should look identical for both Google/Outlook calendars:
