In the Quotes & Invoices feature when creating a new quote I cannot find a way to remove any adjustments that are added. This is on the online app online, on the Desktop app it uses the old functionality and there is a trash can next to the adjustment item to remove.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a way to removed adjustments (Discounts, Tax, Fee)?
Hello @TysonM You’re not doing anything wrong. This is a current limitation in the new Quotes & Invoices experience on the web app.
Adjustments like discounts, tax, or fees can be added, but there’s no way to remove them once they’re there. The trash icon you see in the desktop app is from the older version and hasn’t been added to the new editor yet. A few people have run into this already.
For now, the only workaround is to recreate the quote without the adjustment if it was added by accident. Not great, but that’s where things stand.
