You can manage everything from one board without giving everyone full visibility. Here’s how:
Item & Board Permissions: Let only the right people view or edit certain items.
Column Permissions: Restrict visibility or editing rights for sensitive information.
Click the three-dot menu next to the column title → Settings → Restrict column editing.
Private or Shareable Boards: Use one main board for the whole project, and connect it to private boards for internal planning.
One clean setup, no oversharing.
