I have a professional plan and I’m appalled that I couldn’t find a way to hide my clients personal information from the main workspace.
Although, all my workspaces are private and clients have access to specific boards but what is the point of that if they can find any information about people who or the member of this account though their Main workspace. The most concerning part is that under Members tab everyone can see who’s subscribed/ member of this account.
On asking the customer support if this feature is available on enterprise plan, although, I don’t currently require that plan, but they admitted that private information like name and email id could still be seen by every one.
I feel this is one of the major flaws that Monday.com needs to address in HIGH priority as it making my clients emails and personal informations leaked out in the open.
I’m having second thoughts for using Monday.com for my business.
