Not syncing with two way connection boards

Hi there,

I made two project boards and a two-way connection, however the sync was not working even items were updated. I have checked the mapping and it was all correct. Do you encounter the same issue?

Hi @summertang!

Sirah here from Mindflows! You can do some troubleshooting by deleting the column and creating another new connect boards column and make sure that the “Two-way connection” is checked.

Thanks for getting back! I have done this multiple times and made sure the “Two-way connection” is checked but nothing was synced.

Have a few questions:

  1. Has your account been recently downgraded?
  2. Have you submitted the issue to monday support so they can check your account?
