I have a board set up for our video editing projects. Each task is a different project, and those tasks are assigned to a specific editor (these editors are set up as guests and don’t actually use the platform). Once the status is set to “editing” an automated email is sent to the editor with all the details for that project.
Is there a way to receive either a notification or an update when the editor has responded to the automated email?
The editor will receive an email specific to each job/task on the board, so doing a general automation for receiving an email from that person won’t work.
Is this possible to do, even through another platform like Zapier?
