Currently it’s not possible to verify email addresses of Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes, or other types of email addresses not tied to the login credentials of a single user. So most corporate Monday users will have problems configuring for example an info@domain.com address for messages going out from Monday.
Please therefore implement DNS based email authentication configuration, using DKIM, etc of the same type used by Mailchimp and other services that send email messages on behalf of their customers.
