One-to-Many Meeting Activity

Hi All,

We are using Monday.com CRM to manage transparent communications between our organisation and our partner organisations. We often have meetings with >1 contact and >1 partner organisation at one time.

The current method of logging this activity involves creating the multiple meeting activity across multiple contact items. As a one-off this would be fine, however this is ongoing administrative demand is significant across our team.

Has anyone found an effective solution for logging One-to-Many meeting activity in a single instance?

Hi @lm1bcrc! Shanine here from Mindflows. How I would approach this is by creating a separate board that would hold all meetings. Then, you can create a connect board column and link that to your contact board. In your contacts board, you can set up an Item Card view and add a widget showing connected boards (which for your case would be the meetings board) - this way, you’ll get to see all the meetings connected to that specific contact. How this helps!
