We specialize in data migrations directly from a source system and currently we are not able to migrate activity data like historical email correspondence to the timeline activity. The workaround currently is we have to migrate emails and other activities to board views which is not optimal for new Monday customers.
Please open the API so we can write historical activity data to the timeline activities as this is a much better experience for brand new Monday customers. Thank you.
