Option to hide "Lock" and "Hide" icons in heading / Move to Tool Tip

Description

The Lock / Hide icons displayed when set for restrictions make the column width wider than necessary. The column view by defaults hides/shortens the Name of the Column vs hiding the icons when the column width is wide enough to show the icons + name of the column. This limits the flexibility in setting the column width to be appropriate for the type of column. eg a checkbox column only needs to be vary narrow.
Additionally the text for the column headings doesn’t wrap.

What are you trying to achieve

Cleaner headings for viewing the column names in appropriate width for the content of the column vs the length of the name of heading for more columns to fit within the screen view

I completely agree with this!! :raising_hands: The lock and hide icons definitely take up more space than they need to, and it makes column widths feel less efficient, especially for smaller columns like checkboxes or short fields.

Having those icons moved into a tooltip or hidden until hover would make the layout much cleaner and allow for more compact boards without losing functionality. Wrapping text on the column headings would also be a huge improvement for visibility when working with a lot of columns.

Thanks for suggesting this, Mandee. It would be a great enhancement!
