I am trying to use outlook integration and create an item to a group from a specific email. However, the integration requires the condition to be exact.
But I just want certain words in the email subject to then create an item. Otherwise it would be overkill.
For example, email subject " Client Name, Super Fund, Purchasing Property -Task", I wanted the values “Client Name” and “Task” to create an item but it appears the subject needs to be the exact words of the specified condition to work.
Is there a work around this? I have used Subject + includes + value
