Outlook Integration Only Posts Portion of Email Text


We have been using Monday.com’s Outlook integration to create items in a board as emails are received. Specifically this labeled “When an email is received, create an item in group” on Monday.com

This works well at creating items, however the update attached to that item only contains a portion of that email’s body text. For example, the last item created by the automation had only 255 characters out of 2,462. It seems to cut off at about the same point in every update.

Is this automation designed to post the entire body of the message to the update, or only a portion?

I have asked for a similar feature that would allow for us to drag and drop (or attach) an entire email to a items update section. This would still require manual item line updates, but at least then the entire email correspondence would be easily available in the updates.
