Pausing notifications during off-hours

I am positive I have seen another thread on this but I can’t seem to find it and the issue is coming up for us again. Is there any hope of having a pause (like slack) or mute of notifications that folks could set on weekends or when they are out of office? We have a new team member who will be working two days a week and she is going to get so many notifications while she is not working that I worry it will interfere with her off time. Sure she could just not look, but it would be better from a mental health, well being, and employee management perspective if she just didn’t get them until she had another work day.

Anyone have any insight here or workarounds they have implemented to solve for this?
