PDF editing in the Monday Files location

In my workflow we send application forms to client to be signed and scanned back PDF(digital signature not yet accepted unfortunately).

Once back we then review the document and add in Our parts to the forms, like the ‘Office use only’ sections of the form.

In onedrive we can open the pdf, add the required text information, and hit save and it updates the document. But in the monday.com files there is no option to edit the document or use a thirdparty app like adobe etc that we can find.

The only way I can seem to manage it is to download the file to the local computer, edit it and save it in my downloads folder, and then reupload to monday again.

Has anyone got a workaround or solution to this? Or any experts with a workaround?

I would say. Use Monday DOC templates in your workflows and use it for your application. share the form to the client they can access it sign it. once they sign it, you can see it in the client application column.
You can easily download it in the form of pdf. also you can update that form any time and download it anytime in monday.com
