Phone Column with Icons – Still Possible?

Hey everyone,
I noticed that the JustCall App on Monday.com has a phone number column with two icons (likely for call/text actions). I’ve been trying to replicate this on my own board, but I can’t find any way to add icons to a phone column.

Is this still possible to do natively or via an app integration, or was this feature recently removed? Any insights would be appreciated!

I’ve never seen icons like that in the phone column. I would think that’s something the integration/API with the JustCall app is adding. ie I use Aircall and I’ve recently learned that it doesn’t work unless the phone number has the +1 in front of it
