I’m looking for options/tools to migrate from Pipedrive to Monday CRM. I’ve used a lot o google-fu, but for now I’ve just found one tool: https://migratemycrm.com/

Great move looking to shift from Pipedrive to monday CRM! While tools like migratemycrm.com are solid for one-time bulk transfers, there are a few more flexible and hands-on options depending on how much control or customization you want during the migration.
Here are a few tools/services I recommend checking out:
Make.com (formerly Integromat)– If you want a more custom and automated migration (and even keep both systems synced for a short period), Make is a powerful no-code platform. You can:
Pull contacts, deals, activities, etc. from Pipedrive
Clean/transform data on the fly
Push into monday.com with proper mapping and automation triggers
Zapier- Works for basic record transfers (contacts, deals, etc.), but lacks more advanced control compared to Make. Better for simpler cases.
Coupler.io or CSV Imports – If your data structure is clean, exporting from Pipedrive and importing via monday’s built-in importer can work well. Coupler helps automate CSV pulls from Pipedrive if you’re doing it in stages.
Manual + Automation Hybrid – For smaller teams, a one-time CSV export + Make.com for automating the “active deals” and future records works beautifully.
I’ve helped several teams migrate from CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive into monday.com, and I always suggest setting up your CRM structure in monday before importing so it maps cleanly.
