plan.MaxUsers doesn't match seats visible on UI

Hi,
For one of my customer monday.com API returns 480 maxUsers.

I use the following endpoint: https://api.monday.com/v2
Body:

 { "query": "query {users { account {plan { max_users period tier version } } } }" }

However, the monday.com UI website shows 482 seats.

How is it possible that plan.maxUsers does not match the seats visible in the monday.com UI?

Thanks for the link to the form. However, I will not be filling it out. The customer shared one more screenshot

And now it’s obvious that somehow he was granted two free seats.
