External Portal User invitation/access needs additional features
What are you trying to achieve
There are API calls for user invites for user management but not for Portal users specifically.
Tier 1 agents are not able to invite external users to the portal manually as non board owners.
I need the ability to automate or quickly be able to invite our clients to view their previous tickets and knowledgebase articles in the portal.
Would be nice if a client had the ability to go to our portal and request access as well that we can approve.
