For the Snapshot:
- Provide a RAG status for Completed,
this way a (Yearly) Portfolio can show
x Projects off track,
x Projects at risk,
x Projects on track,
x Projects are completed.
Or allow the Project Health (RAG) labels to be edited (and we can do this ourselves).
- Provide a Group projects by End Date.
Currently the timeline column sorting only works by Start date,
which is less important than seeing how the rest of the year lays out
and understanding what is next-most needing to finish, next after that, etc.
PS - Can label that button
End
to save screen space.
General:
- On the Export Portfolio to Excel, show each project’s Planned Timeline & Actual Timeline the same way.
Currently the export breaks Planned Timeline into two fields for Planned Timeline - Start and Planned Timeline - End
while Actual Timeline is one field that has a bunch of dates in it separated by commas.
If Actual Timeline was shown the same as Planned Timeline (with - Start and - End), then you would know if the project started on time as well as if the project ended on time.
- Allow projects to be included in more than 1 portfolios
or
- Allow portfolios to have rollups into higher level portfolios
(This was shown on a slide at an Elevate from two years ago).
