Are there any plans to allow for customization of pre-built automations? Specifically the automation below; it would be extremely useful to customize these.

Hello @WorkWizard Right now, pre built automations can’t really be customized. You can enable or disable them, but you can’t change the logic inside.
If you need flexibility, rebuild the same flow using a custom automation recipe. That’s where you can control statuses, dependencies, people, and timing.

Thanks for the suggestion; specifically in this instance, there is no way to use dependencies in custom automations, which is what I’m most interested in using.

I am using Work Management Enterprise; and the most specific example I can think of is modifying the one in my original post.
Hello @WorkWizard Got it. Even on Work Management Enterprise, dependency based actions are still limited to certain pre built templates. You can’t fully recreate or modify that same dependency logic inside a custom automation yet.
So for the specific template you shared, there’s no way today to customize the dependency part of it. Your options are:
Use the pre built version as is
Or submit it as a feature request so the team sees there’s demand for editable dependency logic
