I have an issue where if I hit Shift + Return too fast that it seems to send an incomplete email from the Email & Activities section. When discussing this issue with support they said it’s probably related to the Shortcut > Shift + Enter/Return > Select range of items misfiring instead. There is currently no way to disable this Shortcut, or to modify it to see if that’s the root of the issue. Sending incomplete emails to the user because I’m just trying to start a new paragraph is frustrating and looks unprofessional on our part. Please solve this problem. I saw this was posted as a previous question thread but no solution.
