Hi everyone,
I’m exporting a board from monday.com to print it, but I’m facing an issue with colors. Some status colors or column colors look very light or different when printed compared to how they appear on screen.
I’ve already tried:
Exporting as PDF
Changing printer settings
The issue seems specific to printed/exported files.
Has anyone dealt with this before or found a good workaround for accurate print colors?

Totally get this. Unfortunately, printed and exported boards don’t preserve on screen colors. Status and column colors are optimized for viewing in monday.com and often appear lighter or different in PDFs and prints, with no way to control this currently.
Quick workarounds
Rely on text labels instead of color alone
Export to Excel and adjust colors before printing
Use screenshots if exact visual accuracy matters
